RESERVATIONS, RENT & PAYMENT
Space rental is done by market personnel or management only. No assignment, subletting, sharing or selling of any space is permitted. WRFM reserves the right to ask any dealer to move to a different space for any reason &/or refund to anyone the unused portion of their rent.
Daily Rental - Outside Space
- Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Set up begins at 5:00 am the day of the rental.
- CASH ONLY; no checks accepted. NO REFUNDS. Payment must be remitted onsite prior to setting up.
- Daily Rental Rates for Outside Space:
$12/day for 10’ x 10’ OUTSIDE SPACE with 2 tables
2 1/2 feet wide x 6 feet long
Daily Rental - Covered Shelter Space
- Reservations for a limited numbered of covered shelter spaces are accepted beginning Friday morning at 8:00 am by calling 704-857-6660.
- If you are unable to reach office staff on Friday mornings, it is most likely because all shelter spaces have been rented for the weekend. You are welcome to join us as an outside vendor without prior reservation.
- Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.

- Daily Rental Rates for Covered Shelter Space
$32/day for 10’ x 20’ COVERED SHELTER SPACE with 2 tables
2 1/2 feet wide x 6 feet long
Monthly Rental - Inside Space
- A VERY limited number of permanent monthly spaces are available on a first-come, first served basis, with rates from $120/month. Due to limited availability, there may be a waiting list for various sized spaces.
